ADI ADA4805-2ARMZ STOCK

The ADA4805-2ARMZ is a dual, high-speed voltage-feedback operational amplifier from Analog Devices, designed for low-power, high-resolution data conversion systems. It consumes only 500 µA of quiescent current per amplifier while delivering excellent AC performance, including 105 MHz bandwidth (G = +1), 160 V/µs slew rate, and 35 ns settling time to 0.1%. The device features rail-to-rail outputs, low input offset voltage (125 µV maximum), and low noise (5.9 nV/√Hz at 100 kHz), making it ideal for precision ADC drivers and battery-powered instruments. A shutdown pin enables dynamic power scaling by reducing supply current to 2.9 µA with a fast 3 µs turn-on time, allowing the amplifier to be powered down between ADC samples for system-level power savings. The ADA4805-2ARMZ operates from dual ±1.5 V to ±5 V supplies or single 3 V/5 V supplies, and is fully specified over the industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. It is available in a compact 8-lead MSOP package.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The ADA4805-1/ADA4805-2 are high speed voltage feedback,rail-to-rail output amplifiers with an exceptionally lowquiescent current of 500 µA, making them ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being lowpower, these amplifiers provide excellent overall performance. They offer a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of +1, a highslew rate of 160 V/µs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 µV(maximum).A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescentsupply current to 2.9 µA. For power sensitive applications, theshutdown mode offers a very fast turn-on time of 3 µs. Thisallows the user to dynamically manage the power of theamplifier by turning the amplifier off between ADC samples.

The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary extra fast complementarybipolar (XFCB) process allows both low voltage and low currentnoise (5.9 nV/√Hz, 0.6 pA/√Hz). The ADA4805-1/ADA4805-2operate over a wide range of supply voltages from ±1.5 V to±5 V, as well as single 3 V and 5 V supplies, making them idealfor high speed, low power instruments. The ADA4805-1 is available in a 6-lead SOT-23 and a 6-leadSC70 package. The ADA4805-2 is available in an 8-lead MSOPand a 10-lead LFCSP package. These amplifiers are rated towork over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
