The Nexperia RB521CS30L is a high-efficiency planar MEGA (Maximum Efficiency General Application) Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, low-power applications. It features an integrated guard ring for enhanced stress protection and reliability. Housed in a leadless ultra-small SOD882 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, this diode delivers a low forward voltage of ≤ 350 mV and a low reverse current of ≤ 10 μA.
