Description:
The NCV7608 integrates 8 output drivers configurable in anycombination of high−side, low−side, or H−Bridge configurations. Theintegrated standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) allows digitalcontrol of all output stages and provides diagnostic fault information.In addition, four channels (#5−8) can be PWM controlled via externalcontrol input pins.Integrated clamping circuits (both in high and low−side operationalmodes), waveshaping, positive and negative transient protection, anddedicated channel pair overtemperature shutdown circuits provide fora wide range of automotive and industrial applications.
