ST STM32F722IET6

The STM32F722IET6 from STMicroelectronics is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core with FPU and DSP instructions. Operating at frequencies up to 216 MHz, it delivers 462 DMIPS (2.14 DMIPS/MHz) thanks to the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™) and L1-cache (8KB data + 8KB instruction) enabling 0-wait state execution from embedded Flash and external memories. The device features up to 512KB of Flash memory with advanced protection mechanisms (read/write protection, PCROP), 528 bytes of OTP, and 256KB of SRAM including TCM RAMs for critical real-time routines. It includes a flexible external memory controller supporting SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM, NOR/NAND, and dual-mode Quad-SPI. The MCU offers extensive analog integration: three 12-bit 2.4 MSPS ADCs (up to 7.2 MSPS in triple interleaved mode) and two 12-bit DACs.
