The STM32H730VBT6 is a high-performance microcontroller from STMicroelectronics' STM32H7 series, built around an Arm® Cortex®-M7 core operating at up to 550 MHz with double-precision FPU and L1 cache (32 KB instruction + 32 KB data). This powerful core delivers an industry-leading 1177 DMIPS / 2.14 DMIPS/MHz performance, making it ideal for compute‑intensive applications requiring real‑time processing, DSP capabilities, and advanced graphical user interfaces.The device integrates 128 KB of Flash memory with ECC and 564 KB of SRAM with ECC (including 128 KB TCM RAM for critical real‑time data and 432 KB system RAM, up to 256 KB of which can be remapped as instruction TCM). Flexible external memory interfaces include a 24‑bit data bus controller supporting SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM/LPSDR, NOR/NAND, plus 2× Octo‑SPI interfaces with XiP and on‑the‑fly decryption, and 2× SD/SDIO/MMC interfaces.
