Description:

The LDK120 low drop voltage regulator provides200 mA of maximum current from an input supplyvoltage in the range of 1.9 V to 5.5 V, with atypical dropout voltage of 100 mV.It is stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on theoutput.The very low drop voltage, low quiescent currentand low noise features make it suitable for lowpower battery-powered applications.An enable logic control function puts the LDK120in shutdown mode allowing a total currentconsumption lower than 1 µA.The device also includes a short-circuit constantcurrent limiting and thermal protection.
