STMicroelectronics STM32F103VET6

The STM32F103VET6 is a high-density performance-line microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, operating at a maximum frequency of 72 MHz. It features 512 KB of Flash memory and 64 KB of SRAM, delivering high processing efficiency with single-cycle multiplication and hardware division. This device offers an extensive set of integrated peripherals, including three 12-bit 1 µs ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, a flexible static memory controller (FSMC) supporting external memory interfaces such as NOR, NAND, SRAM, and an LCD parallel interface. With up to 11 timers—including two motor control PWM timers—and up to 13 communication interfaces (such as I²C, USART, SPI, I²S, CAN, USB 2.0 full-speed, and SDIO), the STM32F103VET6 provides exceptional connectivity and control. Operating from 2.0 to 3.6 V and featuring multiple low-power modes, it is ideal for industrial control, motor drives, human-machine interfaces, and other high-performance embedded applications.
