The STMicroelectronics STM32F303CCT6 is a high-performance microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with a Floating-Point Unit (FPU), operating at up to 72 MHz. It delivers 90 DMIPS and supports DSP instructions, making it suitable for mixed-signal control applications. The device features up to 256 Kbytes of Flash memory and 40 Kbytes of SRAM, complemented by an 8-Kbyte CCM (Core Coupled Memory) routine booster to optimize real-time performance. This MCU excels in analog integration, incorporating four ADCs with 12-bit resolution (up to 39 channels), two 12-bit DAC channels, seven fast rail-to-rail comparators, and four operational amplifiers that can be used in PGA mode. It offers a comprehensive set of connectivity options including USB 2.0 full speed, CAN, up to five USARTs, three SPIs (with I2S), and two I2C Fast Mode Plus interfaces.
