The STM32F427IIT6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU. Operating at up to 180 MHz, it delivers exceptional processing power (225 DMIPS) thanks to the Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator™), which enables zero-wait state execution from Flash memory. This MCU is designed for advanced applications requiring rich graphics, high-speed connectivity, and extensive memory. It features 2 MB of dual-bank Flash (supporting read-while-write) and 256 + 4 KB of SRAM, including 64 KB of Core Coupled Memory (CCM) for critical data handling. The device integrates a powerful LCD-TFT controller with Chrom-ART Accelerator™ (DMA2D) for enhanced graphical user interfaces, alongside a flexible external memory controller supporting SDRAM, SRAM, NOR/NAND Flash, and Compact Flash.
