The STM32L073RBT6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core with MPU, operating at frequencies up to 32 MHz and delivering 0.95 DMIPS/MHz. Designed for energy-sensitive and feature-rich applications, it incorporates an advanced ultra-low-power platform with standby mode consumption as low as 0.29 µA, stop mode at 0.43 µA, and active mode down to 93 µA/MHz. The device offers substantial memory integration, including up to 192 KB of dual-bank Flash memory with ECC and read-while-write capability, 20 KB of RAM, and 6 KB of data EEPROM with ECC. Key differentiators include an integrated LCD driver supporting up to 4x52 or 8x48 segments, a crystal-less USB 2.0 interface with battery charging detection, two 12-bit DAC channels with output buffers, up to 24 capacitive sensing channels for touch interfaces, and a True Random Number Generator (TRNG) with firewall protection.
