STMicroelectronics STM32L476RGT6

The STM32L476RGT6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with FPU and DSP instructions, operating at frequencies up to 80 MHz. It features FlexPowerControl technology with an integrated SMPS step-down converter, delivering run mode consumption as low as 39 µA/MHz at 3.3 V. Advanced low-power modes include 30 nA Shutdown mode, 120 nA Standby mode, and 1.1 µA Stop 2 mode, with fast wakeup times of just 4 µs. The device offers up to 1 MB of dual-bank Flash memory supporting read-while-write functionality with proprietary code readout protection, 128 KB of SRAM (32 KB with hardware parity check), an external memory interface for SRAM, PSRAM, NOR, and NAND, plus a Quad SPI interface for flexible memory expansion.
