TI OPA209AIDBVR

The OPA209AIDBVR is a precision operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, offering very low voltage noise density of 2.2 nV/√Hz (at 1kHz) and 130 nVPP 0.1Hz to 10Hz noise while consuming only 2.5mA maximum supply current per channel. It features rail-to-rail output swing to maximize dynamic range and provides fast settling time to 16-bit accuracy even for 10V output swings. The device achieves low offset voltage of 150µV maximum with excellent drift over temperature. The OPA209 operates over a wide dual supply range of ±2.25V to ±18V or a single supply range of 4.5V to 36V. Additional features include an 18MHz gain bandwidth product, 6.4V/µs slew rate, and ±65mA short-circuit current. The OPA209AIDBVR is offered in a 5‑pin SOT‑23 package and is specified for operation from –40°C to +125°C. It is ideal for low‑noise signal processing, PLL loop filters, high‑performance ADC drivers, active filters, professional audio preamplifiers, and instrumentation amplifiers.

This excellent acperformance, combined with only 150 µV (maximum)of offset and low drift over temperature, makes theOPA209 very suitable for fast, high-precisionapplications.The OPA209 is specified over a wide dual powersupply range of ±2.25 V to ±18 V, or single-supplyoperation from 4.5 V to 36 V.The OPA209 is available in the 5-pin SOT-23, 8-pinVSSOP, and the standard 8-pin SOIC packages. Thedual OPA2209 comes in both 8-pin VSSOP and 8-pinSOIC packages. The quad OPA4209 is available inthe 14-pin TSSOP package.The OPA209 series is specified from –40°C to 125°C.
